Master Class on Fashion Brand Identity

  The wealth of society mainly consists in factors such as medicine, art,culture, and economy. Whenever we reffer to this terms, we must consider the influences of historical context, tchnological development, scientific or any other aspects that have an impact on the individual.  When it comes to postmodern fashion we are looking for the response of contemporary designers to the period of so-called postmodernity and the features of postmodernism( fragmentariness, deconstructivism, consumerism). Nevertheless, we should examine the other side of Fashion, the Fashion industry.  This concept gathers two main strains of the current society, art, and economy. In order to master those two trades, Mr. Clarence van der Putte, senior Lecturer in Business Management is the initiator of "Fashion Brand Identity". An event within his great project "Emerging markets of Europe". He stopped here, in Cluj-Napoca to present the way in which the latest Fashion Trends are seen by consumers and business class. He claims for Fashion Brand Identity and Image Gap.     In support of his belief, I would like to invoke a study made in 2001 "Japanese Psychological Research, vol.43" which confirms that building a strong Brand Identity is the key to success. The aesthetic in art must be a profound way of purification. This catharsis is made mostly through the category of beauty. The aesthetic in business must become an individuality. As all the beauty is captured in a work of art, the entire concept of power must be constrained into a brand identity.   The event is a great opportunity for those interested either in fashion, art, culture, or business. The main aim of the event is to develop financial skills, artistic views and explore the sense of beauty.  The Fashion show prepared by our four designers: Xenia, Isabela Teodor, Miha Cirlugea, and Luminita Balasz will show us in which way postmodernism continues to live and inspire our contemporary artists.  We are looking forward to meeting creative spirits exposed through their works, their opinions and perspectives on the innovative ideea brought out by Mr. Clarence, and also on the new concept,transmodernism which overcame by now philosophy and literature. When is it going to appear, how are we going to identify this major movement in fashion works, and which will be its influence on the trade market?
